We had the privilege of working together with the amazing people of HeartCity@25, to create this short promotional video.
Cardiovascular disease, which includes heart disease and stroke, is the leading cause of death worldwide, killing 17 million people annually. It is also the leading cause of death in SA, following HIV/AIDS.
Their vision comprises that of prevention and rehabilitation and was birthed from personal experience and clinical practice. Their network of preventative strategies targeting both medical but also corporate establishments aim to deliver the message of prevention in new and innovative ways to enhance public involvement and active participation among patients.
